10 years of association with Hospitals and 6 years experience with Medical Devices has resulted in an extensive subject matter expertise of surgical procedures and products as well as the soft skills of selling.
This helps me understand your challenges and design the best training solutions for your business needs.

I led the Digital Education Transformation at J&J during COVID to ensure continuity of gold standard practices and customer care. I have delivered 100+ scientific sessions to Health Care Professionals and facilitated more than 200 webinars on various surgical procedures and products.
It has become second nature for me to design and deliver sessions comfortably via various online platforms.

In my role as a Sales Trainer and Education Solutions Manager at Johnson & Johnson I designed, developed & deployed Education Solutions for HealthCare Professionals including Surgeons, Nurses and BioMedical Engineers.
I learnt the mindset and behaviours of diverse stakeholders which results in a comprehensive and customized training delivery.

I’m a Product Manager and Consultant Facilitator at International Academy of Transformative Leadership where I design and deliver their Flagship Program 'Transformative Listening'.
This role has helped me develop Advanced Facilitation Skills which I use during delivery of Corporate Leadership Programs.

My source of inspiration, motivation and passion is my Guide, Maitreya Dadashreeji, who is the founder visionary of MaitriBodh Parivaar, a Socio-Spiritual Organization actively contributing to the Holistic Transformation of Humanity.
I am a firm believer and practitioner of Inner Silence, which I incorporate in my training and coaching programs to help others reach their highest potential.

In collaboration with the Asia Pacific Team, I helped standardize the New Hire Training Program for the business and designed & delivered 50+ interventions for the tenured sales team.
